Level 3 REPS Personal Trainer - BSc Honors Sport & Exercise Science

Robbie studied Sport & Exercise Science at College & University level for 5 years with 5 years experience in personal training, and experience working with professional athletes in a university capacity.

Robbie is also an Exercise Referral instructor dealing with such problems as osteoarthritis, mental health problems, respiratory problems, cardiovascular heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and injury rehabilitation.

Robbie has extensive knowledge and understanding of Human Anatomy, Biomechanics of Movement, Sports Nutrition, Supplementation, Rehabilitation and Sports Psychology. Robbie performed his Final year project on Task and Ego orientated individuals which evaluates the underpinning factors that motivate a wide contrast of demographics to endure exercise and the motivational points that increase adherence to exercise.

Robbie considers a consultative approach to personal training, listening to your needs to establish a common ground to work with. The key to success with attaining your goals is the initial education of your specific nutritional requirements, exercise plans and combating any psychological issues that are preventing you’re reaching your goals. With this in mind, Robbie is able to custom design a program that perfectly matches the client needs to attain their desired goals. He believes in making each session unique and essentially ensures that you enjoy working towards your goals.
